BigSteps Children's Complex Care Home represents over a decade of dedication to healthcare excellence. Founded by J15 Ltd, a respected healthcare and recruitment company, we recognized the urgent need for specialized community-based care for children with complex medical conditions.
Our vision emerged from seeing too many families struggle to find appropriate care for their children, often traveling long distances or facing extended waiting periods. We knew there had to be a better way – one that combined clinical excellence with the warmth and comfort of a true home environment.

Led by Ms. Bukola Komolafe who has a deep medical background with about 20years of healthcare experience. She has successfully worked with children with complex care needs at Great Ormond Street Hospital and with private clients. As a mother of two, Bukola brings not only professional expertise but also a genuine passion for supporting young people.
